Check-out: until 12:00 Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon availability and prior agreement.

Non Refundable Payment Policy
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Basic Online Payment Policy
A prepayment of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is due on the day the free cancellation period ends.
Direct Payment Policy
A prepayment of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is due upon arrival.

Non Refundable Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total accommodation cost.
Basic Cancellation Policy - High Season
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total accommodation cost.
Basic Cancellation Policy - Low Season
If the booking is cancelled after the free cancellation period ends, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total accommodation cost.
If the booking is cancelled at the last minute, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total accommodation cost.
C2/C3 Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled after the free cancellation period ends, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total accommodation cost.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or travel restrictions due to a pandemic), we offer full flexibility for cancellations or date changes
